I noticed Griffy might have referred to my deck way up above (Stone Rain and Rain of Tears). That deck was Extended at the very least (remember the Factories?) so maybe it's not a good deck to play against your Fish deck (which is Standard, right?) Unless you're aiming to beat Extended decks...

I don't think you'll ever see the "basic" set as black bordered since the cards are all reprints of older, original cards. Black bordered is pretty much reserved to first time print cards.
