I'm not sure what version you have but 7 and 8 (the latter the current version) are work fairly well and straightforward. I don't think you can import an Excel spreadsheet though... maybe a text file but even that I'm not sure. I just manually entered all of my cards by hand.

(Currently, as DF said, in Basic, you only get XP for killing stuff. I do give out XP for particularly creative actions though - although I think that has only happened once so far.) Si'Nat comes back into Rondo's range of sight and thus is in view of the people at the corner with the torch.
