I don't think you're out of line; it sounds very unfair and smacks of favoritism. Unfortunately, aside from buying them out and replacing them with your own staff to run things the way they should be run, what can you do? It sounds like you complain but they don't do anything. It's too bad...

I haven't seen the D&D movie to see if it's any good, but the general impression I get is that it's not (or they could have done a lot more). With this in mind, maybe it's better not to make movies based on Magic...

I think it's because the Glider is red and the two abilities are opposing colors, and flying is not primarily a red ability (as opposed to blue).
