I think the "Flarg" is some Goblin tribe that didn't get expanded on (kinda like Mon).

You could add Pariah so the damage from Earthquake/Hurricane won't affect you either...

Maybe Triassic Egg or Survivial of the Fittest to help get them out? (There's probably a couple of more spells that help too)

Isn't that what I said? "It's easy now because of the color coding..." and wouldn't it be faster if you had the checklist rather than calling and waiting for the judges?

FoR: I looked at the card again and I must have glossed over the "or sacrifice Djinn" part. I agree that that part makes it more balanced, so to my limited knowledge :) it looks okay.

It's easy now with the color codes, but with the older cards you'd have to carry around every decklist to check their rarity (and the ones for these Net sets) :p

So that's what they are... Nope, never bought one. Books and foils have not really interested me, I already have a life counter, and if I needed cards, I'd probably just buy a booster box (when the set first comes out). Then try to trade for the rest.

Well, like S.A.M. and Isty says, it's their "local" experiences that have caused them to stop playing Magic or tourney Magic right now; perhaps if the players/environment changes, they'll get back in. No biggie, I'm sure they know what Gizmo and others have said about tourney players not being...

How'd you get to be an Alpha tester? And it seems to me that not using the older sets will turn off a lot of people who still want to use their old cards and play Type 1/1.5/Extended/whatever. That doesn't seem like a good decision... :confused:

Well, as the title noted, I think this was supposed to talk about just creature comparisons, as you could get into Elven Cache vs. Regrowth, Balance vs. that other white spell, etc. I don't think you can compare Seeker vs. Brownie because there's too many differences: casting cost...
