Welcome! And about your question about Type 1 and II, in a nutshell, Type 1 is a tournament format where you can use 4 copies of all of your cards, from any set, with the exception of those on the Banned/Restricted List. Type II (or Standard) is a tournament format where your cards are limited...

The deal is that they were intwined pretty much from day 1, as the Declaration of Independence as several "God" references in it. People are probably taking this too far and misunderstanding it, much like the bally-hooed "Freedom of Speech" and "Right to Bear Arms" amendments...

It's because an admin (usually me) has to review them since we had an abuse of profanity a while back. I usually do them during the day and the ones that come in after 4-ish PM EST I do the next morning.
