Agreed. Plus, you can "hold back" your revealing of creature cards initially and set it to a lower p/t and then if someone tries to do lethal damage to it, you can activate its ability again and reveal more creature cards, upping it's p/t... :)

It's okay. Might be a bit problematic with a few cards because their errata has changed between sets and rulings and you'd have to have a list of what they were at the chosen set, but probably still doable.

I don't think the codename indicates the theme of the set... :)
