Maybe it gets used in a Limited format though (another example of our discussion from the Magic Issues thread :) ) But I agree, if it's in a color that normally doesn't have that color pie ability, it should cost a lot more than if it was in a color that normally had that ability.

Is there any other existing spell that costs 1, has two counters, and has such a big effect like that? I don't know how to compare it otherwise...

I think the cost can go either way. You can try to match it with similiar cards in the past or make it a "better, stronger" version of the ability. But the 1GG is the minimum it should go, I think...

Not sure about the Mirror mechanic, about how it can be any card. Maybe it needs to share a color with the original spell or something... otherwise, I think the mechanic in general can potentially be abused with "unimportant" cards, like land cards (depending on what other spells might have...

Nah, it already costs less than it's p/t and trample power, so it needs a big drawback. Not sure if 2 lands is it, but on the surface, it'll probably do.
