No decks using Naturalize were ever able to touch Snowfall with them, that I saw. Some with Disenchant did on occasion, but that still causes Mystic Remora to trigger if it is in play, which can be annoying. Seal of Cleansing worked well, but the dominant Snowfall build usually required them to...

He gains life via tower and stuff, to use Bargain to get his hand size high, then uses the mana from Burnt Offering and one other to play Skirge Familiar, and pitches a giant hand to Drain Life them for a lot. If it doesn't kill them, he can draw more cards off the life he gained and do it...

Contamination and Snowfall, hmm... I guess it would still need something like Nether Spirit though. Snowfall decks can achieve something close to Contamination with Ritual of Subdual, which is better, unless I'm missing something...

Well, there's also Elvish Piper, Food Chain and other green cards. And things like Belbe's Portal or Lin-Sivvi could be used with Conspiracy... As for big, multi-colored creatures, I'd imagine that sitting right at the top of our list: Sliver Queen. There's Sneak Attack, Rec-Sur, Oath, Foster...

Wouldn't that be under-done?
