    Building a Madness deck.

While I'm convinced that any two of those mechanics could be used together, a 60-card deck using all three would be an interesting sight to behold...

Mono-black? Hm, I don't get it. The card doesn't say anything about anything bad happening if you cast a non-black spell. And this thing is an obvious shoe-in for B/U or B/W. You do use dual lands, right?

I definitely have experienced something like that. However, in this specific case, and in the problem Shabbaman thinks it's indicative of (and if I understand him correctly, I agree with him entirely), there's more to it than that and nostalgia is not really the issue. Now, I can't pretend that...

Untap, upkeep, draw, attack Spiderman with Zur, grabbing Necropotence with Zur's ability, responses?

Maybe so. That's Standard for you. In Legacy, this would be a huge boon to aggressive black decks. I would definitely play it if not for the fact that it will probably cost too many dollars and aggro is for sissies I'd rather work on combo decks. Also, I've been too swamped with school to...

    Building a Madness deck.

Cards are not discarded from the top of the library. "Discard" in Magic always (except for under rules from a really, really long time ago) refers to cards being removed from one's hand. This is why the dredge mechanic (or cards with similar effects) refer to only to cards moving from the top...

I don't know anything about Standard, but that doesn't seem particularly novel. In Legacy, plenty of decks could ignore a 5/5 hitting the board. Belcher, for example. Lots of decks can potentially ignore lots of things.

The trample adds insult to injury. Not only does blocking it spell doom for the opponent, but the opponent cannot even chump-block it to buy an extra turn and try to find and answer rather than die. Or at least, that becomes a lot harder (unless the opponent has a 0/6 or something).

You went to all that trouble to win your friends back after you lost them all because you played Vengevine. Now you're going to go Loam on them?

    WWYT w/a twist II?

I've been busy with school lately. Sorry for not getting to this earlier. Also for not bothering to come up with a good category... Name 5 video games.

I remember the first time I heard about Baneslayer Angel (I don't usually bother to follow spoilers, so I find out about powerful cards after everyone starts using them for a few weeks or sometimes months). I asked what it was and Al0ysius said "power creep." I know this has been the trend and...

I concur, but I'm kind of okay with it. I'll take a block consisting of words generated by throwing stuff at a keyboard over another stupidly fake Japanese block. If they want to make a new major character named "Yoaglioags" then whatever, but the day they print a card called "Cherry Blossom...

I'm glad that they decided to make another expensive creature. I was just thinking to myself, "I've just about run out of things to do with seven mana."

Blue is an excellent color for use with madness cards. In particular, I would consider Circular Logic, Deep Analysis, Careful Study, Wonder, Aquamoeba, Merfolk Looter, all depending on what the rest of your deck looks like. I mean, you wouldn't want to use all of those, because you're also using...

Warhammer Quest: Death Below Karak Azgal

Throg identifies an Invisibility Ring (once per adventure, its magic can turn the wearer invisible for one turn). Throg identifies an amulet of Charadris (impedes the regeneration abilities of undead monsters near the wearer). While Throg is identifying the items, Kelgar fully heals Carrow and...

Warhammer Quest: Death Below Karak Azgal

Dorgath tries to identify the items, but concludes that he has no clue on the ring and the amulet. He concludes that the jewel is an Energy Jewel that provides power for casting spells, something that no one in the current party could actually use, unfortunately. While Dorgath is busy with...
