Well, they don't mean that card advantage is bad for Suicide... Just that Necro is too costly on your life total when you're already hurting yourself. That might not be true for all Sui builds, but since it's banned in Raisin and restricted in Vintage, it's a pointless debate, unless the deck...

Browsed the list. It does look like Prophecy all over again. Cards that could be good simply cost too much or are too underpowered, although flavorful enough... The splicing onto arcane thing could be nice if it didn't cost mana... Lava Spike did catch my eye. I wonder about that one...
