By far the most inefficient? Whoa, guess you've never heard of banding with others... It's not that bad. Yes, Marsh Viper is the best. I know all of them pretty well (there are only like six of them anyway). I do hope they make poison better, because the cards that do use it are not all that...

I agree with that, although the Top is no Brainstorm by any means. But it can serve a useful function. I do NOT think that it was designed exclusively for Standard. I think it is a HORRIBLE idea to design a card for a specific format, rather than the game as a whole. It has been done before...
