It is not inconceivable. My question would be "why?" If you're going to make a new subtype, there should be a good reason, like equipment. Making the subtype cut needless text off cards that used it. How does your idea do that?

The two have completely different purposes. Parallax Wave is only temporary, but offers several options for what it gets rid of. Swords to Plowshares will remove a creature permanently, but only hits a single creature. I suppose it depends on which decks you usually face...

Yeah, that makes sense. I was just thrown off by the fact that your deck wasn't one that used multiples of multiple creatures (leading me to believe that perhaps it was highlander except for one creature or something). I would run Thawing Glaciers in that build. Force of Will, Powder Keg...
