On Tha Down-Low looks like one of the worst cards ever. And "they" is STILL plural in the English language...

I could be wrong about this... But it looks to me like Spirit of the Night would be better in reanimation decks. And Spirit of the Night isn't really considered "too good."

No such thing? What? All spells now fail to resolve? I would not change it to be restricted to spells that target it, because that makes it too good (if it isn't already, but I don't think it is).

This would be an interesting weapon for control decks. It hits fast and hard, but it is going to be essentially the only thing hitting your opponent at all...
