Given how creature-heavy Legacy can be, I'd go with a full set of Swords to Plowshares. KJ is right about the goblins being a threat, but most of the other dominant decks in Legacy are much more controlling (Landstill, Monoblue, and Survival decks, mainly) and could be very problematic...
