I think it has some possibilities with psychatog and cards with effects like that. It is a common and thus a little expensive

It's ability requires you to remove it from the game. It's a 3/2 as well.

Well, it's overcosted, but is IS walking removal. At a price. I can see him perhaps being useful. He is three damage, and an excellent late game clock, with the ability to turn around once he's be stymied by a larger creature, and take it out. Powerful? No. Playable? Maybe, in OBC. Not in Type 2, that's for sure. Cards playing that dual Clock/Removal role should cost 2 or 3.
