I would say they arn't worth the money, as they can't be used with other cards. If you would simply like to play that deck, however, they arn't that bad.

If there was a Pro's Bloom deck out there, I would have bought it... but the decks that usually get made into those decks arn't that interesting, and most of them arn't that fun to play...

But there was a Pros-bloom deck... at least, cad bloom...;)

And except for fun - they're not worth it...

I have a slightly different view.

If....(that's a big if) you are playing Magic with friends and they
don't mind you using them, I'd say invest the money if you
want to get those cards. But you have to remember you'll never
be able to use them in "any" sanctioned event.

We use them all the time. If you have enough of them between
your play group any yourself then you can build other decks
that uses a combination of all the cards. Or you can play them
in protective sleeves if no one objects.

Its really up to you and your situation.

We use them but that's something we decieded was ok.

If that's the case... just make really good computer print-outs...

This discussion reminds me of the old "Dojo Deck" vs "home-made" decks. If you take a Dojo Deck to a sanctionned event you might win, but some might think you're being unoriginal. If you take a Dojo Deck to a casual group you will probably be asked to leave... :)

Like showing up the one player at the tourney to embarass him in front of his hot chick girlfriend...

Only to know that when the tourney's over, he goes home with her, and you go home with your... deck?!!...

What's worse is you've given her reason to feel sympathy for him...

We did that for awhile but my computer/printer is pretty old and
slow(very low RAM, I guess thats the problem)so I quite trying
to make copies of the ones we wanted to use.

If longpolecole has access to the right computer equipment,
your suggestion is a very good one, in my opinion.

If you're using proxies, then you can also color up some land/extra commons to use the cards you want.

Unless that's what you mean by computer printout, where you just paste the printout to a land/common...

See... all of us lifers know exactly how to proxy correctly...

It's like art...

though...

not very good art...

I currently have proxies of all the tokens WOTC has made thanks to Mikeymike!!...

The other great proxys are those where you just write the details of the real card on the land...

Blue ballpoint pen worked best for that art medium...
