Ages and ages ago when I first joined the CPA and asked to have Magic Jones as my title, they told me it would screw up the regular title - which was supposed to represent how long/how many posts you'd made - and it would never change... so, it's just there... I don't know if I can change it or not... I never bothered to look... For a year or so I vanished from the CPA as our playgroup crumbled... then I returned when I started playing again, now I'm just here for the friendships and get my magic fix... seeing as none of my friends ever want to play anymore... I get to play with my boys once in a while... Is that a long enough explanation? :D

I looked at my profile, and I think I can change it with the reset... but now I sorta like it...

I get that it's the default, but shouldn't it have changed when your post count increased? I know my title wasn't "New CPA Member" anymore before I changed it...

Well, that was the thing I was warned about... in the way back machine that was when I had it changed - there was no option for users to give themselves custom titles - it had to be forced... my "custom" title is "New CPA Member <BR>Magic Jones" If I reset it via the profile editor, then change it to Magic Jones - I'm sure it'll go away - but I sorta like it as an abberation... and a reminder of the past.

It's because it's two titles, not one... that's why I said I can add the second one back if it disappears because I can edit the user profile...
