will this deck break Type II?

I've played the NetherHaups deck shown at Mindripper quite a bit and it's a blast to play, I never lost vs. Fires with it!

What do you think about this deck?
Could it be the next deck to beat?

It actually looks very interesting. Not sure about Webs, though. Kill is very weak as 2 Nethers will mean you run out of kill spells, and wouldn`t want to see what happens if Burst hits play as it avoids the Haups.
I`d need to play it.
