Where to download magic programs?

I want to have an up to date program in which I can view card text and break down decks. My friend was telling me about it, but I cant recall it's title or where to download it. Since Im not a big T2 player, having an encyclopedia to browse would be helpful. If anyone knows, please post. Thanks

Your friend might mean Apprentice.
Other than a lack of pictures and a few gag cards put in by the maker of the patch, it's a quality program. At least it isn't immersed in licensed Wizards-ness.
