What's wrong with Morningtide?

Just wondering, nobody seems to like it.

I would think with all the, Flashback, Threshold, and Madness this
card would be a good deal.

What am I missing, seems like a pretty good sideboard card at least.

Maybe because decks with white aren't very popular? <shrug>

I think the major problem is that it affects both graveyards. Finding a deck that doesn't use the graveyard anymore is rare.
The second strike against it is it is a sorcery. It would be more flexible if it could be a surprise. Like when being attacked by a threshold Mystic Enforcer so you could block it with your 2 Spectral Lynx. It just doesn't fit into a lot of decks.

it's better as an extended SB option for WW. since around here benzo is popular.

Yes...it is mostly a sideboard deck...but it has a couple mainboard uses

1. I have a Deck...Carrion Tide...that uses it as a key card.

4 Devoted Caretaker
4 Carrion Rats
4 Mesmeric Fiend
4 Faceless Butcher
4 Carrion Wurm

4 Morningtide
4 Vengeful Dreams
4 Any Damage preventing spell
4 Decompose..etc...
4 Gravestorm

2. Mill Decks. Milling is great especially with Traumatize, Milstone and Laquatas all in Type 2 now. The only problem is with all the bursts, threshold, flashback and other graveyard bonuses it is very dangerous to use. But just add Morningtide and Bam...Mill their cards into oblivion.

It is a very handy card
