What were your beginning N00b mistakes?

Most of my misakes were messing up instants and Interupts. I thought interupts could only played on your opanents turn. I started out not that long ago (2-3 years) but I started out with about 2 Revised starter decks from a garage sale, in a box.

At first I just got out about 2 pearled unicorns with a whole bunch of enchantments on them like holy strength and flight. My brother just used tranquility against them then waked me with bog wraiths. (Damn him:mad: )

Now wouldn't that be neat if there was an out-of-turn-only card type? That'd be pretty fun. A lot like instants, but with a drawback. The game would be pretty fun that way. :D
