If you wanted something different again, I have a game that would adapt rather well to on-line play called "Shipwrecked". It's sort of a bidding game where you are trying to accumulate points by "bidding" for cards, but you don't bid directly. Instead, you have 6 rounds of bidding, with the cost going down each round. Trick is, you lay out your "bid" for all 6 rounds before any bidding takes place, so you have to balance how much you value a card at with how much you think other people value a card.
