I heard on the radio the other day that a company in California is being sued by the state of CA for using "pre-texting" as a way to get a hold of employee's phone records without their permission under the guise of being someone else like a lawyer or something.
Didn't that used to be called "Being Duped" or flat out "Lying"? Oh, so now it's called "Pre-texting".
So when "41" said, "Read my lips, no new taxes" he was really "pre-texting"?
