What card do I need to build a deck around?

I wanted to build a new deck with a rare from Dissension i have never seen anybody play. Please cast your vote and help me out!

Omnibian! Frogs are definitely un-used!

Omnibian is a nice fun card, but I can't imagine trying to build a deck around it. My vote is for Elemental Resonance.

I have Rakdos in a deck, and it's always quite fun to count the number of non-Demon permanents the other player has.

Might pose some nice interactions during multiplayer games.

I'd have to go with War's toll also... Even in non-multi-player games, the interactions can be very interesting...

I think you could run and easy mono-color deck with the toll...

As for frogs - it might be cool - but you'd need a bunch of them... I just don't see it materializing well...

Well, there aren't enough frogs to build a legal Tribal deck (not counting that screwer-of-statistics Mistform Ultimus) so to create a Frog deck would be difficult..

Hmm... so maybe not a tribal deck... what else can you do with a card that turns other creatures into Frogs? I'm not familiar with all of the anti-tribal cards - I don't know if there's any enchantments that penalize creature types... I know there's instants, just not any permanents...
