Freaky. That's all I can say. This falls considerably in a blue/black mage's favor. They plop a Nether Spirit saying (in silly voice) oooo! Go ahead and counter me! (end silly voice)

This card is intersting. However, it is imcredibly broken. It absolutely kills the speed vs. counter matchup.

Perhaps make the cc alot larger and make an acc like "Discard 3 cards to play this card for free"
