Seriously, you should be able to assemble this thing with whatever riches you can find under your sofa cushions. No rares at all, no chase uncommons... but damn, this thing is pretty fun. Effectively, your mission is to apply enough damage and/or life loss to bring your opponent into Devouring Greed range (usually about 10 life or so) - then just use it to kill them.

Yeah, G/B spirits is very cool. I'd drop the Kodama's Might for 4 additional lands however. Splicing costs a lot of mana and even with the Reaches you can always use an additional land.
