Vanilla Deck Building 101

Okay, this is gonna get weird. But I want to make a deck(s) using this template:

~All creatures must have no abilities except for 'flying'. So Grizzly Bears are good, Hill Giant, Suntail Hawk, Wind Drake, Bog Imp, Gorilla Warrior, Glory Seeker, Coral Eel, Scythe Zombies, etc...

~All cards must be of "common" rarity.

~The color in the casting cost must of 1 color, no double color or gold colors so a card with a casting cost of 1GG is no good for this.

For "spells" the criteria is "just the basics" according to the color-wheel from years ago. Examples are:
~White: Disenchant, Healing Salve, Pacifisim, ...
~Blue: Vex, Unsummon, card drawing cards...
~Black: Terror, Mind Rot, Raise Dead...
~Red: Volcanic Hammer, Stone Rain, Shatter,...
~Green: Fog, Giant Growth, life gain spells...

All "commons" like the creatures.

I need some suggestions!

I'm going to compile a list and come up with a formula for each color.
4x Small creatures
3x Medium creatures
1x Large creature
3x Simple spells
1x More complex spell

So each color is represented in a uniform order. The numbers are such so that I can build any three-color deck using the same pool of cards from the list.

If this idea looks like I'm tying one arm behind my back it's because I AM TYING one arm behind my back. The concept of a "casual" & "unfocused" deck eludes me to no end.

Here's what the whole she-bang could look like no matter what three-colors I choose:

Color 1:
4x Small creatures (cc of 2 or less)
3x Medium creatures (cc of 3 to 4)
1x Large creture (cc of 5 or more)
3x Typical spells (Instants for Blue, White and Green - Sorceries for Black and Red)
1x Larger spell (s.a.a.)
8x basic lands of "Color 1"

Color 2:
4x Small creatures (cc of 2 or less)
3x Medium creatures (cc of 3 to 4)
1x Large creture (cc of 5 or more)
3x Typical spells (Instants for Blue, White and Green - Sorceries for Black and Red)
1x Larger spell (s.a.a.)
8x basic lands of "Color 2"

Color 3:
4x Small creatures (cc of 2 or less)
3x Medium creatures (cc of 3 to 4)
1x Large creture (cc of 5 or more)
3x Typical spells (Instants for Blue, White and Green - Sorceries for Black and Red)
1x Larger spell (s.a.a.)
8x basic lands of "Color 3"

Total of 60 cards. A 61st. card could be an artifact that goes well with any of the five colors but of the same criteria and rarity. I really can't think of any example for this one except for Darksteel Ingot but it has the "Indestructible" ability and that's a tad out of flavor of what I want to do.

This is WAY twisted but I need your help!

The whole weird idea is that I can interchange and three color lists and make a working deck. Hey, there’s 10 color combo’s to choose from!

I think this card is actually "Scathe Zombies." But I can't be sure because Gatherer changes everything I type to "fruitcake elemental."

a 2/2 white creature for {2}{W}?

Only thing is that I subbed in "Foot Soldiers" (a 2/4 creature for {3}{W} the fourth 2 cc spot and skipped the 3cc spot).
