After weeks of screwing around with variations on U/G non-prison decks, I've decieded that I like this deck. It certainly fits my playing profile (long games and eye-rolling attitudes from my opponents who say stuff like, "Whatinthehell does your deck DO!!!!!???) :).
I am expecting alot of Arena and Go-Mar decks in my area and so I need to have my sideboard reflect that anticipation, but I'm not sure what to put in it.
I am very satisfied with the main deck although suggestions are welcomed.
Question: I am also expecting a Domain deck or two at the next tournament, should I put Legacy Weapon in my SB?

Why would you do that?

Now, Mask of Intolerance, that might work.
Sideboarding Meekstones gives Dromar fits ("What do you mean, it's colorless?!"), and you might consider Elvish Lyrist if you expect a lot of enchantments and/or Arena.

I really don't see a need for Millstone or Stick in the Main deck. Try replacing them with Birds of Paradise, or, if you are cheap/poor like me, Llanowar Elves. I'd also consider replacing the Repulses and a Rushing River with 4 Temporal Springs, unless you are also using the Repulses to save your creatures. Additionally, Jungle Barriers are a great SB card for beatdown. If you are going for an aggro/tempo build, here's a different suggestion:

2 Opt
4 Accumulated Knowledge
4 Counterspell
4 Memory Lapse
4 Temporal Spring
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Gaea's Skyfolk
4 Spiketail Hatchling
4 Rishidan Airship
4 Theiving Magpie
4 Yavimaya Coast
4 Rishidan Port
8 Islands
6 Forest

SB
4 Submerge
3 Misdirection
2 Gainsay
2 Teferi's Response
4 Jungle Barrier

With a SB geared towards Gomar (Gainsay and Misdirection), Arena (Misdirecting Verdicts, Duresses, and Death Grasps is fun, not to mention killing Arena with the Vindicate), as well as Fires and King Red-type builds, plus Opposition thrown in as a bonus. Hope this helps!

Erik

A very rough start, but it has some possibilities.

If I get it into play first (7 colorless AND a Legendary Artifart), my opponent, that also has one, can't play it. I don't know, I guess I'm thinking weird :).
Galtwish, I believe you are a conesure' (FAN) of things Blue/Green, I will consider your suggestions thruoghly :).
Your sideboard, though, is Fantastic, I'm changing mine.

I'm playing in my first T2 tournament in over three months. I am expecting G/B/w via Spirit Monger, Opp-Orb, Go-Mar, R/G Obliterate, a Domain or two, Fires and Skies, all to be present this Sat.
I really refrained from going with a "Net.dec" this time, It's non-sanctioned but a little money is on the line and besides, this deck really fits my play-style as of late and early testing indicates I may do alright :).

Here it is:

"U/G Pie-Go"
2x Mahamoti Djinn
4x Gaea's Skyfolk
4x Thieving Magpie
4x Mystic Snake
4x Counterspell
2x Foil
2x Thwart
2x Rushing River
3x Repulse
4x Tangle
4x Fact or Fiction
2x Millstone

12x Island
5x Forest
4x Yavimaya Coast
2x Dust Bowl
1x Rath's Edge

SB:
3x Wash Out
3x Gainsay
2x Teferi's Response
2x Misdirection
2x Juntu Stakes
2x Millstone
1x Meekstone (Thanks Isty :)!)

The MoFats and Skyfolk are the beating sticks, when I win, it's usually because of them. The Magpie is a good Blocker but mostly, a good card drawing engine. The Mystic Snakes are another counterspell and great chump blocker.
I don't have permanant spot removal but the Rives and Repulses are great against Scuta's and beefy Mongers.
12 counters are a little thin for my personal taste but I'm cool with that, the Thwart/Foil combo has been a lifesaver too many times for me to exclude either one of them from the deck.
Tangle is the odd guy, I am anticipating more creature decks than previously thought, and I've always been a big fan of "Fog" (my "Erratic-Spikes" deck is based on that very concept).
Millstone is my alternate "Win Condition", I know there will be Worships present.
Dust Bowl is a beating to the expected environment, way too many new cool lands out there :). In fact, I have seen several 'sighs' when I play it <BAM!> bu-bye Porto!
Rath's Edge is also good,...........now wait,........I know that doesn't sound right but, damn it! It's a solid land and has given me the Edge at times, get it, the edge..............ah, you're all a bunch of wet blankets.
Thanks to Galtwish and Istanbul, my sideboard is a little more appropiate :).
Gainsay, a must against other Blue Mages.
Wash Out-Solid.
Teferi's Response-I'm expecting my Coasts to be the target of Vindicates and Ports.
Juntu Stakes, I am not a fan of the 'ol Squirrel Prison decks but they're comming back in MY town.
2x Millstone-In a control match up, whom ever plays the first Millstone,....WINS!
Meekstone-Never heard of this guy until Isty mentioned it the other day, thanks dude, this thing wrecks Fires and Spirit/Scuta decks.
I'll be writing another episode of "The Road to Tourneyland" with juicy details of The Evil Shop Guru/Pro-Tour Types/Well Endowed Women/and much, much more, so check it out on Sunday.
Wish me luck!

I still really don' tlike Millstone in the main board, but if that what works for your environment, go for it. I'd play Creeping Mold or even Vine Trellis. Looks great other than that!

Okay, the Millstones suck in the Main Deck.
I've also added another creature, here's the deck as of Friday night at 9 p.m.:

"U/G Pie-Beats" formerly "U/G Pie-Go"
2x Mahamoti Djinn
4x Gaea's Skyfolk
4x Rishadan Airship
4x Theiving Magpie
4x Mystic Snake
4x Counterspell
2x Thwart
2x Foil
4x Fact or Fiction
4x Tangle
3x Wash Out
4x Yavimaya Coast
5x Forest
12x Island
2x Dust Bowl
1x Rath's Edge

SB:
4x Millstone
3x Gainsay
1x Wash Out
2x Misdirection
2x Juntu Stakes
1x Meekstone
2x Teferi's Response

I had someone look at this and they suggested that I add the Airships and drop the Millstones, probabaly due to too much metagaming in the deck and a lack of difinitive focus (Thanks A.F. :)).
I took away the Repulses and the Rivers for Wash Out, I hope this was NOT a mistake (zoiks!).
Lastly, I am inviting all of my opponents to check out my report (maybe I will manage to piss-off someone ELSE ;)).

4 Birds of Paradise
4 Llanowar Elves

4 Blastoderm
4 Tangle Wire
4 Hoodwink
4 Temporal Spring
2 Creeping Mold
4 Gaea's Skyfolk

7 Island
10 Forest
4 Mystic Snake
4 Yavimaya Coast

Sideboard

The sideboard is not yet definite, but i think this is the best option for UG in T2 at the moment

Man, I WISH I would've had some today, I got Dirty Deeded and Wrathed bunches. Nice choice though.
I'll write a full report on Sunday (tomorrow).
Here's the short of it:
1x B/U/G Counter-Nether-Monger
1x U/W Control
1x W/U/r Counter-Rebels
1x U/B/W Go-Mar
1x B/W/r Chant-Geddon Angel

The Counter-Nether-Monger won (5-0)

I'll share more in my report :).
