First thing is that you have 40 cards in the deck (not including your lands).

Second thing, I don't know if the H.E./Traumatize combo is the right fit for this deck. Don't get me wrong its extremely annoying, er I mean powerful. But its a slow, expensive combo that takes 2 turns. You'd want more counter backup to really try to pull that off. That's a library-rape theme, it would probably be at its strongest in a Millstone deck with Lobotomies.

For your deck, definitely run Fact or Fiction. It works great with the Psychatog. Also, I'd run an efficient flyer of some sort like Mahamoti Djinn, Childhood Horror or something along those lines.

Keep in mind that Counterspell is still type 2 legal (its in 7th).

Last thing, your playing with counterspells. Do you really want to discard you're hand to the Mindslicer if he dies?
