I took a 5 hour nap and woke up with this revelation as a deck that might become a tier 1 deck after Masques rotates out.

Have a go through and see whether you like this deck.

The creature base is weak because it doesn't have Blastoderm as Terminate can render this deck helpless. However, maybe future expansions might improve this deck?

They die to the quakes but the green familiar might help in accelerating out the land destruction, and might even make frenzied tilling playable.

Also, why no price of glory? Your only instant is urza's rage and even if it only takes out 2 land it's more efficient than stone rain.

Depending on the number of non-basics in your environment Lava Blister could be great, as they really can't afford to lose more lands yet at the same time 6 damage is a considerable chunk of their life when they're staring down a couple of 'goyfs.

Finally, as far as finding a terminate-proof critter goes, all i can think of in-colour is a mongoose (not much fun), or with threshold crashing centaur- which is rather expensive.
