This was a bit tricky apparently. Most got it with a little more prodding (for some reason, this seemed to bring out multiple answers from a lot of people). I waffled on Isty's answer but since he said they were also presidents, I had to disqualify it. Apollo just said they were presidents and no, it's not that easy
And Melkor tried to jump in the game since he said they never won the popular vote first, I couldn't allow it either. Sorry guys!
