I'm not positive; I've heard of an "embroidery hoop", which I gather provides a frame for the embroidering.

Had I thought of CRAFTS... mayb eI would have gotten it...

Okay.. it really through me off. I couldn't think of anything that connected Basketball to embroidery.

Net was my answer the first day...obviously I was wrong then. But my wife likes to fiddle with embroidery, so I knew the hoop thing on the second day.

This one was more of a lucky guess for me. I could think of several things associated with basketball that it might have been, but "hoops" was the only one I thought of that wasn't strictly sports related. I did consider "hula", but didn't really think that would have been one of the clues.

Oh, and net doesn't fit with "hula"...
