Haste
At the end of any turn, sacrifice Ichorid.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a black creature card in your graveyard other than Ichorid from the game. If you do, return Ichorid to play.
Also, this card is said to be an enchantment, but due to the name and similar structure to Devastating Dreams, I believe that it could be an instant. Casting cost is probably WW, and the discard is probably random.
Vengeful Dreams

Enchantment
As an additional cost to play Vengeful Dreams, discard X cards from your hand.
Remove X target attacking creatures from the game.
There is also a structure for a new cycle of enchantments, one for each color.

Enchantment
Discard a card: Get an effect.
Sacrifice this card: Get same effect.
Red's is Pyromania, White's is Hypochondria, Mortiphobia for Black, Narcissus for Green, and Compulsion for Blue. Pyromania lets you discard for one damage, Hypochondria is prevent three damage, Mortiphobia is remove a card in a graveyard from the game, Narcissus gives +2/+2, and Compulsion is some sort of card drawing.
Tainted Field, Tainted Wood, Tainted Isle, and Tainted Peak are the names of the extra lands, for W, G, U, and R in that order.
Faceless Butcher, Plagiarize, Fiery Temper, Radiate, Cabal Coffers, Chainer Dementia Master, Basking Rootwalla, Laquatus' Champion, Major Teroh, and Sengir Vampire are all confirmed by InQuest, though the Sengir is an indirect reference.
New cards that aren't well-defined:
Balthor the Stout
"Red legend...dwarf...leader of Otaria's barbarians and pumps them up."
Ambassador Laquatus
"Blue legend...Tournament-level milling ability...better than Millstone"
Gurzigost
"Green...undercosted, overpowered beast that restocks your library and, like Thorn Elemental, can deal its combat damage to a player as if it wasn't blocked."
Empress Llawan
"Blue legend...keep your opponent's blue creatures off your tailfin."
Also, Olle Rade's new card is mentioned. "It'll be in Judgment. If it was a black card, we'd have put it in Torment, but it's green." --Charlie Rose.
