Considering that you aren't restricting yourself to Type II...
Try Curiosity as another enchantment.
The other Tims (that you could use in this deck) are:
Rootwater Hunter (Tempest)
Mawcor (has Tim ability - Tempest, 7th Edition)
Pirate Ship (slightly rarer - basic set through 4th Edition)
And some stuff from Portal, which I don't think you'd want.
They may be hard to get, but if you want a straight Tim strategy, it's worth it.
Of course, a straight Tim strategy isn't really all that good, so you'll want some other method.
You'l probably want a lot of land to help you get to the 3 mana plateau easily.
You might want a lot of cantrips too.
Or maybe you could go the Skullcap/Bridge route (play Ensnaring Bridge "Creatures with power greater than or equal to the number of cards in your hand can't attack"
and Grafted Skullcap "During your draw step, draw an additional card. At the end of your turn, discard your hand." so that no creatures can attack, then ping)
If you're willing to go into white, use Spiritual Asylum (creatures and lands you control can't be targeted; when a creature you control attacks, sac it - but most likely you won't be attacking).
