Tim Hildebrandt passed away on Sunday. He'll be missed by everyone who appreciates the fantastic art he and his brother, Greg, produced for Magic since Urza's block.

Wow...Some of my most played cards are on that list, I love the art on those cards, funny how you don't notice how much you admire someone's abilities until those abilities are no longer capible of being used.

Wow.

The team will be missed. I hope his brother continues his excellent fantasy artwork; they did some amazing art for the Lord of the Rings books.

They were true classic artists of the fantasy genre.
