Hey, look, more errata!

I think it's interesting how the Oracle kept it's mouth shut for more than 2 weeks about rulings that are effective 11/1/99. I wonder if anyone will beef because they lost a tourney they might have won with the latest rulings (and this is as late as they've ever been!).
And you know how we complained about the Waylay thing, and how many players pointed at Thawing Glaciers and said how WotC didn't take away all the end step tricks, well, they can't say that anymore!
I don't understand something. I thought Winter Orb already got this errata back when 6th was first foisted upon us. Did I miss something? And I thought Power Sink always operated that way, i.e. tapping only mana producing lands.
On the Equipoise ruling, are they basically saying that choosing is different than targetting? How do they figure? I guess it still ticks them off that nobody ever uses Equipoise. I seems they needed to control all those untargettables out there in Extended land.
