…Gizmo, the CPA member, is quittin' Magic!? Why the f**k did that happen, and why isn't there a thread about it anywhere? My God…
I was scanning the CPA's ever popular front page and came across Gizmo's latest article, and…WHAM! There it was, the word "retiring", which hit me faster than whoteva.
I'm getting less and less interested in the CPA's forums these days and more and more interested about Magic itself…heck, Neo_Keo even managed to go through the pain of teaching me howta work Apprentice and teach me all the little gizmos and stuff…and now…just when I figured I could have a game against a respected Magic player (and kick his butt too!
)…he says he's retirin'? That's not fair! I demand my duel!
Seriously, when did all this begin? Aren't some of the CPA members a bit…worried that Gizmo may not visit the CPA anymore? I admit, I am. I may have quit Magic, but I still like to argue about it…and who's better at arguing and making a point at Magic, than Gizmo, "The Game" himself? I also still want some great articles, not only that, but the whole, unbiased truth about the new cards and environments. I learned much from Gizmo (and I wasn't even listening). Even though I quit, I still read some of the more interesting articles...
I hope he (you, Gizmo) don't decide to leave the CPA compeltely, and at least keep visiting for the casual part of Magic…and maybe still offer a point of view (or two, or three…)
…and IF you decided(ed) to leave the CPA or writing articles…I give you my good-byes…and hope that the CPA members do to, because a Magic player is always worthy enough. Always.
