Man, what a stupid movie. I like Johnny Depp (Sleepy Hollow), but Roman Polanski (Director) is weird. Anyone see this 133 min. piece o' crap?

And I wish I had spent my time watching Mr. Magoo, 'cause I think that would have been better.
The ninth gate is one of the worst movies I have ever had the misfortune of seeing.
If you have not seen it, don't! Go bake cookies or something, ANYTHING more worth while. Don't even wait 'til it's on cable and see it then. Trust me, it sucks.
The story sucks
The writing sucks
The characters (or lack of) suck
And even the acting is sub-par compared to what I know Mr. Depp and Mr. Langela are capable of.
It just plain and simply sucks.

I agree with Nodnarb because you know when people start talking about how gross something is, or how bad a movie sucked it more often than not makes people want to see it. It's like a car wreck, you know it's horrible, but you've just got to see it.
