So you know that our first deck was a Nighstalkers deck... well... here's our second deck we ever made and have been trying to keep up to date ever since:

should I focus on more burn spells and strip out the Goblin Cavaliers for more versatile Mogg Fanatics?

How legal is this deck?

you could go for the whole Goblin Warrens theme. I would also say yes, the Mogg Flunkies seem to be a better choice in your case. Also, would put 2 more incinerates in just for the reason that your opponent may run alot of regen.

How legal is this deck?

Legal in Vintage. Illegal in Legacy purely because of the Goblin Recruiters and other tournament formats because of the old cards.

Yeah, I was thinkin' about ditching the recruiters for incinerate or lightning bolt.

Looking at my other sligh deck I think I could instead add in a Fireblast perhaps?

I think what I'm trying to edit the deck to do is be a little faster... So probably I should take out all the higher up goblins such as Goblin King, Goblin General, and even the Goblin Lookout for lower cost creatures as well as more burn.

I would add four Mogg Maniac, This guy wants to take a hit and will delay your opponet while you fill your hand with more burn spells or more goblins.
Speaking of burn, I would add four Goblin Grenade. As for Fireblast, I'd have three in the deck.
