5 The kill conditions :
3 Helm of Awakening
2 tendrils of agony

The mana base :
4 bloodstained mire
4 polluted delta
8 swamp


the Keys to the deck
1) use the fetchlands to build up a cabal.
2) use the Helm to make the eggs free
3) use the bargain to draw a ton of cards and use will to recast every egg.
4) bounce between the 2 mana the eggs give you to play more eggs for free, and draw cards.

Hey, I was building this on apprentice for fun and I came upon some more cards you might want to run:

Tsabo's Web: Randomly hose things, and get a potentially free cantrip, just like you would have with the eggs.
Skeletal Scrying: With the helms lowering the X cost in the mana, anything that can so easily grab multiple cards ay a low cost is great for this deck.

I like this deck so much I had to drag it back up. Anyway, this build is mono-black, but I've been trying to work it mono-blue, and if you do that, a nice card to go with is Drafna's Restoration. You can draw a lot of cards early by just sacking the eggs and spheres, and then when you are ready to go off, just use restoration to stack the top of your deck with a bunch of eggs and go to town.

Mono-blue should have the tolarian academy - at the least...

then you could easily time stretch... or time warp...

Yeah! Why didn't they reprint Academy - or something just like it? Blue has has been hosed for too long, so let's give them the way to totally dominate the format again...
