The deck can set up Booby Trap with the Field of Dreams (reveals the top card of all libraries) or it can set it up with Time Ebb, Memory Lapse, Fallow Earth or Plow Under. I can recycle the Traps with Argivian Restoration.

Wait, problem

As ~this~ comes into play, name a card other than a basic land card and choose an opponent. ; Reveal all cards the chosen player draws as they're drawn. ; When a card drawn by the chosen player is the named card, sacrifice ~this~. If you do, it deals 10 damage to that player.

It still works, though. Just doesn't make the Earths/Plows quite as strong.

Don't forget Temporal Spring!

Run a little land based LD as well to help lock them down. Port, Strip Mine, Wasteland, Dustbowl - they'll all be annoying.

Both Jester's Mask/Cap could be annoying as well.

How good is this against fliers? I have a Booby Trap deck but it's all blue and not very good...

OR a wand of denial!!! That is the perfect set-up for a booby trap...
