You're probably going to want 4 Kirtar's in there. She might be a legend, but since she can commit suicide in a very noble way she won't sit in your hand and you can break the "Never play 4x of a Legend" rule.

I would drop the Aven Fisher for her.

Since its a theme deck, would you consider trying non-type 2 cards? You'd be able to get some really cool birds from the past.
