    My new set, Summer of Souls, will not feature any madly broken cards! That's right, nothing like my disputed mana eggs or the vicious Virenkov.
    Times are warmer now than they were back in Silver Thorn.


    Artifacts:


    Basalt Sphere 3
    Artifact
    T: add 1 colorless mana to your mana pool and gain 1 life.


    Soulstone 2
    Artifact
    Each time a creature is put into the graveyard from play, put a soul counter on soulstone.
    Sacrifice soulstone: remove any number of soul tokens to gain that many life, and/or remove any number of soul tokens to return that many creatures from your graveyard to your hand.


    Pendant of Life 4
    Artifact
    When pendant of life comes into play, target opponent gains control of it.
    T: Gain 1 life. Target opponent gains 2 life.


    Chained Angel Amulet 1
    Artifact
    T: target creature gets +0/+1 until end of turn.
    T, sacrifice: creatures cannot attack this turn.


    Staff of Burning-Sky 4
    Artifact
    4: do 1 damage to target creature.
    4: prevent 1 damage to target creature.


    Eye of the Five 5
    Artifact
    T: add 2 mana of any color or combination of colors to your mana pool.


    Black cards next time.

    Whenever any damage is dealt to Ardent Necromancer, you may remove a creature in your graveyard from the game. If you do, Ardent Necromancer deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

    Name a card. Search through the top ten cards of your library for all copies of that card, and put them into your hand. Then, search your library for all remaining copies of that card and remove them from the game. Shuffle your library.
