Although indirectly it is not the Wizard's fault...im still pissed... Well what happened... NO APOCALYPSE PRE-RELEASE...why? Read on :

Two weeks ago the "dci-representative" of my country sent the permission etc. for the making of the Pre-Release which includes a go ahead for everything, promos, dci rankings arrangements etc. and the e-mail finished in the mail box of a clerk who in someway was fired/left her job about the same time the e-mail arrived... Until the e-mail was found it was already last Thursday... and no Pre-Release could have been concluded... crap crap crap... it is going to take place 2 weeks from today until all things etc. come... I really was looking forward to it all... The thrill of looking at new cards... all finishing because he will sell the boosters tommorrow... I hope I get the Promo Pre-Release because I collect them...

I hope all of you guys that have attended to a pre-release had fun... I wish I had too today!

It doesn't even sound like it's indirectly Wizard's fault; it seems they did everything they had to do. Sounds like your dci rep needs to re-route important messages like this and/or check the mail of people fired/leaving.

Oregon didn't get one either - No Level 3 judges in sight. That could possibly be interpretted as indirectly WotC's fault, but I blame the last level 3 judge to move...

I blame Chris Benafel. As the biggest name to live in Oregon, I feel that he is personally repsonisble for seeing to my personal happiness with Magic: The Gathering here.
