T2 Cleric

Hey all, as we all know (hopefully) Onslaught goes out. that screws my cleric deck. doubtless ones, cabal archons, starlit sanctums, patriarchs biddings, cover of darkness are all goign out. is there any point in continueing a cleric deck without these? if so, i need a good dcecklist or some good dieas for cards. if there is no good reason to continue it, just say so.

It'll be an uphill battle. The whole tribal theme will be departing with Onslaught block rotating out.

Keep it for Extended or trade/sell the cards to those who do play Extended (unless you gamble that some will be reprinted in the future )

heh, i dont even know what extended is . i was thinking of keeping just as my casual deck.

Extended is a tourney format that's in between Type 1 and Type 2. See here for the legal sets and banned cards.

The reprint is always mysterious - unless it simply breaks the game...

The reson we won't see reprints of the power nine right now is because of affinity and urza decks...

Actually, I think it's the other way around. I think it's because they won't reprint the P9 is that they were able to come up with affinity...

I was thinking along the lines of a faster broodstar... but thinking even more along the lines of the first turn tooth/nail...
