Strange idea with Kobolds

I have an idea that is very strange, hopefully not fatal, but definitely stupid:
I want to make some kind of a W/B Necrodeck with Kobolds.
Possibly something like this:

4 Crookshank Kobolds
4 Kobolds of Kher Keep
4 Crimson Kobolds
2 Ornithopter
4 Academy Rector
3 Demonic Consultation
2 Diabolic Intent
3 Necropotence
4 Dega Sanctuary (if this deck works, VERY VERY GOOD - remember Kobolds are red)
3 Contemplation (1WW enchantment from ST, whenever you play a spell, gain 1 life)
2 Congregate
2 Coat of Arms
4 Caves of Koilos
4 Scrubland (the name fits this deck too)
9 Plains
6 Swamp

The only problem I foresee is lack of enough access to black mana.

BTW - I know that this is not really a Necrodeck, but that it just uses Necropotence as a combo engine. So don't try to remind me.

How about Mob Justice?

Mob Justice 1R (Stronghold - Common)
Sorcery
Mob Justice deals to target player 1 damage for each creature you control.

I would use Mob Justice, but then I'd have to go into red, and I really don't want to do that. The deck probably places a huge strain on getting enough colored mana as it is. Furthermore, I really don't want to use Cities of Brass alongside Necro, and short of using Plateau, that's my only feasible option (unless I want to use Meteor Craters).

It really is tempting, though...

I want, someday, to Consult for Crimson Kobolds.

Has anyone been stupid enough to test this out?

Ever thought of using green for Recycle? With so many free creatures you can keep drawing and playing.

Well, I really don't want to add another color unless I think I have to.
Also, the Contemplation works like that with Necropotence in play, because I play a spell for free, gain 1 life, and pay 1 life to draw a card.
