These guys are utter scam bags. The service they trumpet is that they'll negotiate deals gone sour on EBay. However there's charges for this service of course. They're also one of the few avenues you've got for removing negative feedback. This whole process costs your 30 dollars and two weeks.

I received an unjust negative feedback and attempted to have it removed only find that I couldn't pay due to the lack of options on their billing forms. I tried to contact their customer help but to no avail. Now two months after the fact they offer free mediation. Well because it's too late now I can't have my feedback removed...and it's their fault. These people are complete wastes of both space and your time. I wrote them a nasty gram....they'll probably never read it but at least I can imagine them crying over their keyboard.

-------------Nasty Gram---------------

Mike,

So let me get this straight. I give your company ten dollars for a mediator negotiated session, to remove an unjust negative feedback. After the other party fails to respond within the two week limit, I was to have my negative feedback removed...for 20 dollars of course. But because of lack of insight on your webmaster's part, I can't fully type in my billing information, and due to poor customer service no one responds within MONTHS! So to throw a bone my way you offer free mediation, only to find a negotiator who takes their job so seriously as to write a single line when questioned, and that I can't have my feedback removed. So riddle me this, what's the use of your service other then to scam EBay customers out of our money? What I can tell thus far is your products are wasted time and frustration, both high caliber I might add. I'll be sure to recommend anyone who's interested in paying to have their time wasted and blood pressure raised, to your fine service.

Sincerely peeved,
Lance Baxter

There's actually a scam going around where they say they can remove feedbacK? Whoa, that's a new one. The little button always warns you it's permanent, right? Though its been a year or so since I've used ebay. Maybe things've changed. *shrug*

If I ever get unjust negative feedback - It'll just be responded to... no biggie in IMO

my official reply: "No Comment"

Unofficially though:

You've gotta jab them in the ribs, I love Ebay because you can sneak around and get inside of their heads so easily.

Negative feedback on eBay can't be removed.
And even if it could somehow be done, a third-party service could NEVER do it for you.
Sorry, Rev. You got scammed.

There used to be a way to challenge the negative feedback... but I think that was discontinued long ago.

Personally, I have a few jerks who left negative feedbacks on my personal account because I complained about their warez not being legit. Well, needless to say, they've been removed from Ebay's marketplace because of their fraudulent activities.

From the small amount of buying I do on eBay, it seems most people respond to negative feedback with their own explanations of what happened (if they're legit). Perhaps you can do that, Rev?

That would be my way of handling it...

I've left 2 negatives previously, and 1 neutral... Believe it or not I got chewed out for leaving a neutral!... That situation got rather heated... I thought I was being kind - but it turned out I wish I'd left a negative...
