Here's Brian Hagstead's deck list from Worlds:
9 Island
8 Plains
4 Adarkar Wastes
4 Coastal Tower
4 Counterspell
4 Absorb
2 Foil
3 Millstone
3 Story Circle
4 Fact or Fiction
4 Accumulated Knowledge
4 Wrath of God
4 Dismantling Blow
3 Tsabo's Web

This is probably what I'll play during the winter as my T2 Tourney deck. But it'll lose a couple of things like Foil/Story Circle/Accumulated Knowledge.

What to replace them with? Maybe Teferi's Moat for Story Circle.

Maybe Memory Lapse for Foil (good synergy with Millstone).

And, Opt, for Accumulated Knowledge.

Since Rishadan Port is leaving maybe I can drop the Web's for more countermagic.

Any suggestions?

You might have to end up going three colors.

Accumulated Knowledge will probably be hard to replace. About
the only cards that come to mind are Opt and Inspiration. I'm
sure a lot of people hate Inspiration but it is 2 cards, at instant
speed, for four mana. I'm sure they'll give us something better,
though.

As for the rest of what we loose, your ideas sound good to me.
Since you don't need Webs you might try Force Spike in that
slot.

I think this deck will be dead when Masks rotates out :( Or maybe evolve into 3-color version, similar to IBC No-Mar/Solution

Maybe Gerrard's verdicts, since discard is not currently a top force in T2, no? No dodecapods = easy pickin's

Here is a decklist. I'm not sure you would call it "official", but I
did pull it from some PTQ. It probably needs a lot of work but
it does have most of the commonly played cards. Gizmo may
have been referring to the two color "Solution" version though.
