FINALLY!

Hey all you Mid-Atlantic/Ohio Valley/Northeasterners out there! it's hittin' 70 degrees today, Whaaaaaaa-Hoooooeyyyyyyy!

...now where are my shorts? :confused:

Oh no, KJ lost his shorts!

Is it really up to 70? I'm stuck in an office building, but thought it was only going be low 60's today. Is it supposed to be like that for the rest of the week?

Are you kiddin'? Saturday's regional forecast is rain & gloomy high around 40.

Today was a very nice day, though. The kids were playing outside riding bikes and drawing with sidewalk chalk (a favorite past-time in out neighborhood). In fact, the "Ice Cream Man" was driving around with that freakin' horrid Kalioped <sp?> music. My kids screamed, "Ice Cream, Ice Cream, Dad, it's the Ice Cream Man, he's HERE!!!"

Tomorrow? Similar but fading....

Hey, was checking on new homes in PA from Ryan Homes ('cause they have a model we like) and saw there's an affordable house in the Pittsburg area... may check it out... :)

but the amount of "OLD" studda-bubbas that won't leave is nearly unbearable! :rolleyes:

Pittsburgh is well known for several industries now:
~All Things Medical
~Plenty of University's (Pitt, CMU, Robert Morris, Duquesne, Presby,...)
~Lots of computer stuff
~And a healthy Magic community :)

A house in Allegheny County (where Pittsburgh is) may be a little pricey but if you check out the surrounding counties i.e. Butler, Westmoreland, Washington, Armstrong, you're more likely to find a more affordable home.

I think I do too... it sounds familiar at least.

Two days ago was awesome. Low-80's. It was cooler yesterday - mid 70's and cooler today but much better than 30's or 40's :)

KJ: What kind of violations are going on? ;)

You know, mid-drifts and all. My little ones want to dress like "Models" and I HATE that for them! Being a Dad of two girls is only going to get tougher. OY!

Spring has been in the air down here - but it's covered in flying dirt?!!!...
