I just recently went completely bankrupt. I will have to sell off almost everything I own. This includes my computer. I do not have access in any other way at this time. I appologize for leaving a few threads hanging....(D&D, and my match with Oversoul). I hope to get this mess straightened out within a year, and get a new puter, and get back online. I will return someday, of that you can be sure.

Thanks for all the good conversations, games, and debates. Spidey, good luck with the new lil one!

If you have any kind of religious background whatsoever, please pray for me that I can come out of this somewhat decently.

Once again, thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!

Consider visits to your local library. Many of them have free internet access, so you can stop by every so often and say hello.

Good luck with the bankruptcy, man...my father had to do the same thing, and I know it's no fun whatsoever.

A few years ago my parents had to file for bankruptcy and narrowly avoided losing their house. They've recovered from it mostly now, although it's causing some problems with trying to put my little sister through college. Good luck with everything.

Edit: Oh, and I'd try out Istanbul's idea, if possible. Up here, we have a pretty great library system, and even living in the middle of nowhere (by King County standards), I can travel five miles to a public library and have instant internet access (except when the library is closed or maybe during peak hours--although I could always reserve a computer if I really wanted to). Of course, this option is probably less likely to work in smaller library systems, but it's worth a shot...

There was something in a magazine a while ago, it said to get divorced, becuase then your spouse is not liable, but to divorce pre-bankrupcy. Also, texas and florida are the most lient, so stay in houstan.

I feel your pain, DarthFerret. I never got to the point of actually filing for bankruptcy; I just reorganized and started pinching pennies til they bled. But the plan is working. (Willingness to "let go" of the material un-neccessities is a huge factor for success.)

Good luck with yours.

Great News Everyone. I have located a place to stay, and I get to keep the Laptop. I may not be on quite as often, but will not be totally gone either! As for other financial situations...well...it all may work out in the end. Hurray for selling that last minute car!

Well I'll need to start the hormone therapy right away, but I guess the bleach job can wait for a couple of months... I've got "big" covered.

Glad to hear things are looking up.
